Following news of the demise of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, His Excellency, President Adama Barrow has dispatched condolence letters to Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Highness Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, to convey his sincere condolences on behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of The Gambia. 

He prayed for Allah, Subhanahu wa ta’ ala, to forgive the departed soul and reserve him a place in Janatul Firdausi. He also prayed for their Highnesses and the people of the United Arab Emirates, to give them the fortitude to bear this great loss.
