President Adama Barrow has received congratulatory messages from world leaders as The Gambia commemorates its 57th year of independence.
 

The felicitation messages were received from their Excellences, President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Federal Republic of Russia, Vladimir PUTIN, and President of the Swiss Federation, Ignazio Cassis, and the British High Commission in Banjul.

All of the leaders sent congratulations to the President and the people of the Republic of The Gambia and pledged to strengthen bilateral cooperation between their nations and The Gambia.
