State House, Banjul, 20^th December 2024: The Office of the President hereby informs the public that His Excellency President Adama Barrow has declared Wednesday December 25^th, and Thursday December 26^th 2024, as public holidays in observance of Christmas and Boxing Day, respectively. Additionally, Wednesday, January 1^st, 2025, has also been declared a public holiday to celebrate New Year’s Day.

The President wishes Gambians home and abroad a joyous Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
