First Lady Fatoumatta Bah-Barrow Inaugurates EEG Machine at EFSTH

 
 
First Lady Madam Fatoumatta Bah-Barrow Monday inaugurated an electroencephalogram (EEG) machine at the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital (EFSTH) in Banjul. The machine - the first of its kind at the EFSTH, is used to help doctors to easily diagnose patients. It was donated by Tele-EEG, a UK-based charity organization through the Foundation for Epilepsy and Stigma Support (FESS-GAM). 
 
The ceremony was graced by The Minister of Health, Dr. Ahmadou  L. Samateh, the Chief Medical Director of EFSTH, Dr. Nyan, FESS-GAM Ambassador, Dr. Abdoukabir Kah, Professor Ramou Njie and Dr. Adama Sallah, Board Chairperson EFSTH. Their international partners joined the occasion remotely through Zoom.
