State House, Banjul, 24th February 2024: On the occasion of The Gambia's 59th Independence Day anniversary celebration, several Heads of State and Government extended felicitations to His Excellency Adama Barrow, President of the Republic of The Gambia.
These include Excellencies Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of the Republic of Türkiye Macky Sall of the Republic of Senegal, His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Muhammed bin Salman of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and His Majesty Muhammed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco.
The latest congratulatory messages came from President Joseph Biden of the United States of America and the President of the Republic of Guinea, His Excellency Mamadi Doumbouya.
The messages from the various Heads of State and Government conveyed warm greetings, best wishes, and renewed commitment to strengthening their relationships with His Excellency President Barrow, his government, and the people of The Gambia
