State House, Banjul, 17^th February 2025: The public is hereby informed that His Excellency President Adama Barrow, acting on the powers vested on him under Section 76 of the 1997 Constitution of the Republic of The Gambia, is pleased to declare Tuesday, 18^th February 2025 as a public holiday to commemorate the Nation's 60^th Independence Day Anniversary Celebration.

The President seizes the opportunity to wish Gambians a happy Diamond Jubilee as we continue our journey to Self-Reliance and National Development.
