State House, Banjul, 31st March 2026: The Office of the President hereby informs the public that His Excellency Adama Barrow, President of the Republic of The Gambia, is pleased to declare Friday, 3rd April and Monday, 6th April 2026 as public holidays throughout the country in observance of the Christian feast of Good Friday and Easter Monday.

On behalf of the First Family and the Government, His Excellency President Adama Barrow wishes a blessed Easter feast to the Christian community at home and abroad
