The public is hereby informed that in observance of Eid-Ul-Fitr, His Excellency President Adama Barrow, acting under section 76 of the 1997 Constitution of the Republic of The Gambia is pleased to declare Monday 31st March 2025, as a public holiday throughout the country.

On behalf of the government, President Barrow wishes all Gambians, a joyous and blessed Eid.
